Pelayo de Salvador Morell founded desalvador. in 2013 with a clear purpose: to provide rigorous and specialized legal advice to international buyers, sellers, and developers in Mallorca’s high-end residential market.

He began his career in 2007 at Garrigues (Madrid), within the Real Estate and Commercial Law department, where he worked on complex and high-value transactions. In 2013, he returned to Palma to establish his own firm, focused on legal certainty, risk prevention, and expert guidance throughout the property acquisition process.

He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3), and has completed further studies in Corporate Law (Centro de Estudios Garrigues), Urban Planning (UIB), and Advanced Real Estate Law (UCM). He is fluent in Spanish and English, and combines solid legal expertise with practical insight into residential transactions. He has advised on acquisitions, regularisations, and new development projects.

He is the author of Compraventa inmobiliaria, paso a paso (Colex, 2020) and contributes regularly to legal publications.

Andrea joined desalvador. in 2025, bringing over six years of experience from leading law firms in Mallorca. She manages complex real estate transactions, comprehensive due diligence, and tailored advisory services for buyers, developers, and investment funds, particularly with extensive experience supporting discerning German-speaking clients.

After graduating from the University of the Balearic Islands and earning a Master’s in Legal Practice from the University of Seville, Andrea refined her expertise in several renowned firms across the islands. Her in-depth understanding of the differences between German and Spanish law enables precise, cross-jurisdictional advice with cultural and legal clarity.

She is fluent in German, Spanish, English, French, Czech, Slovak, and Bulgarian, ensuring direct communication without language barriers across multiple jurisdictions.
