Marta is a managing partner of desalvador, and manages the practice’s head office in Madrid, where she handles real estate law matters for national and international clients. She has been bilingual in Spanish and German since her childhood, having studied at the German School in Madrid. She also speaks English at a negotiation level. Clients highlight Marta’s professionalism, extensive technical knowledge, pragmatic attitude and negotiating skills.

She has a degree in Law (2007) from the Complutense University of Madrid and became a member of the Madrid Bar Association that same year. As soon as she finished her university studies she joined the Department of Commercial and Real Estate Law at Garrigues (Madrid), where she worked on numerous national and international cases for major companies in the retail and banking sectors.

In 2010, she decided to broaden her experience in real estate law from a procedural perspective: she joined the procedural team at the MAVENS law firm where she advised clients in the real estate and associated sectors on legal proceedings.

In 2014 she became the manager of the legal department of the property developer Llanos de Valdemorillo, S.L., part of the Moraval Group, where among other things she took over the legal management of the development and sale of student halls of residence developed by the group, with a value of 18 million euros, as well as the sale of office buildings in Madrid with a value of 60 million euros.

Since 2017 she has been a managing partner at desalvador, where she heads up the Madrid office and looks after real estate law matters for national and international clients.

She has contributed to the monthly magazines Observatorio Inmobiliario and Inmueble, collaborates with Wolters Kluwer and the Madrid Bar Association on the “Know your Laws” initiative, and gives talks on Spanish Law (Fundamental Rights, the Spanish Constitution, etc.) to immigrants and people with little academic training.
