Pelayo founded desalvador. in 2013 with a clear mission: to deliver rigorous, strategic, and highly specialized legal counsel to international buyers, sellers, and developers in Mallorca’s residential market.

He began his career in 2007 at Garrigues (Madrid) in the Real Estate and Commercial Law department, handling high-profile transactions. In 2013, he returned to Palma to establish his own firm, focused on complex, high-value residential operations.

Pelayo holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3) and has completed executive and specialized studies in Corporate Law (Centro de Estudios Garrigues), Urban Planning (UIB), and Advanced Real Estate Law (UCM).

Fluent in Spanish and English, Pelayo combines solid legal expertise with commercial insight and transactional experience. He has advised on sales, complex regularizations, and new development projects. He is the author of Real Estate Transactions, Step by Step (Colex, 2020) and regularly contributes to legal publications.

Andrea joined desalvador. in 2025, bringing over six years’ experience from leading Mallorca law firms. She has managed complex real estate deals, legal due diligence, and comprehensive advisory services for buyers, developers, and investment funds in the Balearics.

Graduated from the University of the Balearic Islands and holding a Master’s in Legal Practice from the University of Seville, Andrea developed her expertise in various island firms.

She is fluent in German, Spanish, English, French, Catalan, Czech, Slovak, and Bulgarian, enabling her to advise clients directly across diverse jurisdictions without language barriers.
